We have three types of SIM Cards : Standard, Micro and Nano.
4G plans can be used as long as your cellular phone can support the WCDMA system or 4G LTE 900 and 2600MHz frequency bands.
If you need to use the 5G plans, please make sure that your phone supports the T STAR's 5G frequency band.
Data service will be counted by day (24 hours) after card activation. For example, if you activate your Taiwan Card (Plan A, 3-day plan) at 10:30 on 1 January 2015, the card will expire at 23:59 on 4 January 2015.
Please dial 123 for IVR or send a blank text (SMS) to 74701 with your Taiwan Card number, and the system will send you a text informing you of the balance and expiry of your Taiwan Card.

The Taiwan Card currently does not support international roaming service. However, you can make international calls with the Taiwan Card. Please note that you must use the 18866 budget international call service to enjoy discounts for international calls.
The Taiwan Card is a prepaid SIM, so it is non-refundable or is not reissued after sales. Please hold onto it carefully.
The Taiwan Card is a prepaid SIM, so there is no phone bill, no call list, no international roaming service, and any telecommunication services available for monthly plan numbers. We apologize.
All balances will be invalid after card expiry. Please use up the balance before card expiry or top up your card before the expiry to extend card expiry to another 180 days. No balance of the Taiwan Card can be transferred to another number.
Within the period of Taiwan card validity, you may use it and recharge if need while visit Taiwan.
1.Before applying for the service, please make sure that your cellular phone supports the T STAR's 5G frequency band. If the Internet access location cannot support the 5G network, it will be automatically converted to the 4G network.
2.The Taiwan Card cannot be returned or exchanged once it is sold. If it is a 4G prepaid card, you can apply for upgrade to 5G at all T STAR direct retail stores in Taiwan, but if it is already a 5G prepaid card, it cannot be changed to 4G services.
3. If a 5G prepaid card is used to top up 4G voucher products, or a 4G prepaid card is used to top up 5G voucher products, the Internet speed will be based on the 4G service provided by T STAR 4G.
4.When the network coverage is different with the factors of client terminal equipment including cellular phones, tablets, network cards, etc., Internet access location and number of users, the actual network coverage shall be subject to the relevant conditions of the user's location. Please contact the T STAR retail stores in Taiwan for the scope of application.5.T STAR reserves the right to modify or terminate this program.
